1. Can you help design my buttons?
   Yes we can!  Our talented Button Design Team is here to help you.  After you place your order, just tell us your idea and we’ll go to work to give it life!  If you want to discuss your idea before placing an order, visit our contact us page for our email address. In most cases this assistance is provided at no additional charge. We will not make your buttons until you approve the digital proof we send you!     Top
    
2. Are there any ButtonSmart.com stickers on the back of the buttons that I order?
   No. Unlike other button-makers, we do not put a sticker on the back of the button. On orders under 100 pieces, we often seal each button in it’s own clear poly bag (to protect it until you’re ready to use it).  Since we often include a coupon inside the bag, please let us know if your order is for resale. 3. Do you have a minimum amount of buttons I have to order?
   No.  You can order one, ten or thousands of buttons. You can order directly from our website. Quantity discounts are available direct from the website when you order 10 or more pieces (all custom buttons must have the same design/text to qualify for the discount.  You can mix and match our Ready-Made Buttons for discounts).   Top
    
4. How can I pay for my order?
   You can pay for your order securely online.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal (for payment processing, we use PayPal, however you do not need to create a PayPal account to use your credit card).  We will also accept your check or money order through the mail (orders are not processed until payment is received). Nonprofit organizations and pre-approved companies may submit a purchase order.  Top
    
5. Do you have a guarantee on your buttons?
   Yes. We want your experience with ButtonSmart.com to be a good one. We want to earn your business and we want you to come back the next time you need buttons. We have outlined our Guarantee here.    Top
    
6. Can you scan my paper photos?
   Yes, we will scan and return up to 3 photos per order at no additional charge! We can also “touch up” and crop the photo(s) as necessary.  The address will be emailed to you after you complete your order.     Top
    
7. Can I email my photos and what format should my digital pictures be in?
   You can email your files/photos, but we prefer that you upload them to our private message board from the website.  Instructions will be emailed to you after you complete your order.  Or you may click here for details.
   
   We can work with a variety of different formats. Preferred formats are .jpg and .gif.  We can also use Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files. A resolution of 300-600 dpi will achieve the best results. If attaching your files to an email, please be sure your email attachments are under 5MB. Otherwise, please contact us for instructions on uploading your files to our server..    Top
    
8. How long will it take to get my buttons?
   All orders are handled with priority in the order they are received. Most orders are manufactured in-house within 2 to 5 business days and shipped via the method you select when placing your order (shipping time is in addition to production time). If you need your buttons faster, we offer a 1 day in-house rush service.  Production time starts after you approve the digital proof via email. For orders over 2500 buttons please contact us for production time.     Top
    
9. I have a large order, do you offer any discounts?
   Yes we do! Discounts for most of our custom products start at 50% when buying at least 10 pieces.  Discounts are available direct from the shopping cart for quantities between 10 and 2,500 buttons. If you wish to order more than 2,500 buttons, please contact us for pricing.     Top
    
10. Do you offer any merchandise other than buttons?
    Yes! In addition to buttons we also offer custom clocks, magnets, key chains, poker card protectors and pocket mirrors. We also have a nice selection of Ready-Made Buttons.
