Uploading Your Files

Please upload your file(s) after placing your order: Click here to continue shopping.


You may upload your files to our Help Desk message board:
    1. Click on the ‘Login’ button below
      (enter login info if you're not already signed in).

    2. Click on the ‘Help Desk’ link next to your order.

    3. Click on ‘Write a Message’.

    4. You'll see a link to attach your files that says "click here"
      Please attach your files before typing any instructions. After selecting the files you wish to attach, click on the upload button only once. Please be patient as larger files will take time depending on your connection speed. The message window will tell you when your upload is complete.


    5. Once your upload is successful, type something in the short and long description fields, then click 'add feedback'.
      Only *.jpg *.pdf and *zip files are accepted through this method.

*Preferred file types:

  • .jpg or .jpeg (300 dpi or better recommended)

  • .tiff or .bmp (.gif files not recommended)

  • Adobe Illustrator files (PC or .eps)
    please convert all fonts to outlines

  • Adobe Photoshop files (PC or .eps)

  • In most cases, if your image is not the right size we can resize and/or crop it.
    Please include any special instructions when you upload your files.

  • If you did not do so on your order, please inform us of any text you want added on to your photos. Specify if you desire a certain font color and style, background color, etc.

  • We will contact you by email or phone if we have any questions.
  • If you are sending your images via regular mail, we will scan your original and return it unharmed. When sending images via regular mail, please include your name, address, phone number and email address along with your order number if you have one.

  • If you need our assistance in designing your button please contact us. Most moderate design assistance is be provided at no additional charge.
